Exciting Associate Dentist Position - North Hill Dental, Colchester

2, 3 or 4 Day P/W Positions Available

Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our either of our fantastic practices in Colchester, North Hill Dental or North Hill Layer Road. Both practices have been established within the community for decades, with a fantastic reputation for delivering quality general, cosmetic, restorative & specialist Dentistry.

Our role is ideal for a dentist looking for mentorship, growth and career progression. You will receive a wealth of mentorship in the practice from esteemed clinicians and will be part of a large multi-skilled team including specialists. You'll have access to industry leading in house cosmetic, aesthetic & restorative courses through our clinical academy with Elevate Dentistry. We have availability on all days apart from Mondays at either our North Hill, or Layer Road sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high quality dental treatment in line with current theory & practice, whilst ensuring our patients are given a first-class treatment experience
  • Utilising the equipment & technology available in practice to offer a plethora of necessary treatment options to the patient
  • Promoting a positive impression & image of yourself & the practice at all times in the role
  • Utilising our internal referral networks, and referring patients to in-house experienced clinicians/specialists if the treatment is outside of your sphere of experience
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • Confidence with Digital Dentistry is a requirement due to the equipment & technology that will be at your disposal in practice
  • Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress in their clinical development, committing to attending some of our courses
  • The applicant should be confident in presenting treatment options to patients and be willing to ensure they have an outstanding journey in the practice
  • To be considered for this role you MUST have a full, unconditional NHS Performer Number
