Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Qualified or Trainee Dental Nurse to join us at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Basildon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family‑orientated practice team, and work in a dual nursing & reception capacity. You will be joining a fantastic team of clinicians and support staff, led by our Partner Dr. Nik Sethi, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, only a short walk from Laindon station.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8.30AM-5.30PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high quality dental nursing support in assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures in a safe and effective manner
  • Providing receptionist support to ensure our patients have an excellent experience
  • Maintain professional indemnity and registration with the GDC if/when qualified & undertaking CPD in line with these guidelines
  • Assist with reception duties and perform other clerical duties as and when required
  • Act as an ambassador for DBP company Vision, Ethos and Values; maintaining productive working relationships with all members of the dental team

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Open to either a Qualified or Trainee Dental Nurse; Trainee's must be enrolled onto a Dental Nursing Diploma
  • Experience with receptionist duties is also desirable, but training can be provided if not
  • Experience supporting a variety of general, cosmetic & restorative dental treatment is desirable for the role
  • Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
  • Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
  • Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
