Exciting Associate Dentist Position - Dental Beauty Basildon
We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our fantastic mixed Dental Practice located in Basildon. This practice is highly refurbished to a very high standard, offering high quality mixed and specialist dentistry. Our role is ideal for a dentist looking for mentorship, growth and career progression. You will receive a wealth of mentorship in the practice from our clinicians & Partner, Dr. Nik Sethi and will be part of a large multi-skilled team including specialists. We are willing to fund 85% of an aesthetic & restorative Diploma with Elevate Dentistry for this position, giving you all of the tools to deliver outstanding Dentistry and gross well back in practice. The practice has recently been refurbished and expanded, and has state of the art technology & equipment for you to have at your disposal.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high quality dental treatment in line with current theory & practice, whilst ensuring our patients are given a first-class treatment experience.
- Utilising the equipment & technology available in practice to offer a plethora of necessary treatment options to the patient.
- Promoting a positive impression & image of yourself & the practice at all times in the role.
- Utilising our internal referral networks, and referring patients to in-house experienced clinicians/specialists if the treatment is outside of your sphere of experience.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Confidence with Digital Dentistry is a requirement due to the equipment & technology that will be at your disposal in practice.
- Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress in their clinical development, committing to the Elevate Diploma.
- The applicant should be confident in presenting treatment options to patients and be willing to ensure they have an outstanding journey in the practice.
- To be considered for this role you MUST have a full, unconditional NHS Performer Number.
