We offer industry leading training & guidance, within industry leading practice environments. Our roles will be mixed, enabling you to take on a manageable base UDA allocation, with fantastic opportunities for you to quickly build your private revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high quality dental treatment in line with current theory & practice, whilst ensuring our patients are given a first‑class treatment experience.
- Utilising our highly digital equipment & technology available in practice to offer a plethora of treatment options to the patient.
- Promoting a positive impression & image of yourself & the practice at all times in the role.
- Utilising our internal referral networks, and referring patients to in‑house experienced clinicians/specialists if the treatment is outside of your sphere of experience.
- Upskilling yourself through in house and external courses to ensure you're up to date and delivering the best experience possible to the patient.
- Opportunities to work within a unique partnership model, where each practice has a dedicated partner on site driving clinical standards & ensuring an excellent patient journey.
- You will have use of the industry best technology & equipment, including Digital X-Rays & Scanners, new NSK handpieces, composite heaters, new chairs, high‑end materials.
- Full access to multiple courses each year through our partners Elevate Dental, such as aligners, posterior onlays, FIPO, photography & communication course, supercharging your private treatment, and many more.
- An invitation to our industry leading FD Dentist induction led by Dr. Sorabh Patel, along with our other September new starters within the group – giving you an insight into life as a first year Associate, and how to make the most of your role in a Dental Beauty Practice.
- Clinical freedom in your position, with your choice of labs and materials to deliver the Dentistry you want to provide.
- You will be joining a great network of clinicians to increase learnings and advance skills, with frequent clinical conferences and our amazing company wide all inclusive Christmas Party.
