We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our fantastic mixed Dental Practice located in Addington, South Croydon. Our role is ideal for a younger dentist looking for mentorship, growth and career progression, or a more experienced Dentist looking for an established practice with great private potential.
You will receive a wealth of support in the practice from our Clinical Partner, Dr. Ravi Desai and will be part of a large multi-skilled team including specialists. Multiple free in‑house courses & heavily discounted courses through our Clinical Academy are offered as part of the group throughout the year, with potential to earn well over £150K take home based on a full time position.
Our practice is fully equipped with Dentally software with Pearl AI, digital x-rays & scanners, new NSK handpieces, composite heaters, new chairs and high-quality equipment and materials at your disposal. We have free on‑site parking and are close to the local tram network.
We have surgery space on Tuesdays, Alternate Thursdays and Fridays available.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high quality dental treatment in line with current theory & practice, whilst ensuring our patients are given a first‑class treatment experience.
- Utilising the equipment & technology available in practice to offer a plethora of necessary treatment options to the patient.
- Promoting a positive impression & image of yourself & the practice at all times in the role.
- Utilising our internal referral networks, and referring patients to in‑house experienced clinicians/specialists if the treatment is outside of your sphere of experience.
- Cosmetic Dentistry experience is desirable but not essential - we are happy to consider a strong General Dentist.
- Confidence with Digital Dentistry is a requirement due to the equipment & technology that will be at your disposal in practice.
- Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress in their career with Dental Beauty.
- The applicant should be confident in presenting treatment options to patients and be willing to ensure they have an outstanding journey in the practice.
- To be considered for this role you MUST have a full, unconditional NHS Performer Number.
- A competitive rate of circa £12p/UDA & great opportunities for private income based on a sliding scale which rewards clinicians for their output.
