The Role
We’re Hiring: Asbestos Surveyor (BOHS P402 Qualified)

Ascent Compliance Ltd is looking for a BOHS P402-qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join our growing team.
We’re an ambitious asbestos consultancy building a reputation for technical excellence, high-quality reporting and strong client relationships. We’re looking for a surveyor who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of getting the detail right and wants to develop their career within a growing business.
The Role
You’ll undertake a range of asbestos surveys across commercial, industrial and public sector properties, including:
- Management, refurbishment and demolition surveys.
- Asbestos reinspections, sampling and material identification.
- Producing accurate, technically sound survey reports.
- Liaising professionally with clients and site representatives.
- Working in accordance with relevant legislation, guidance and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For
- BOHS P402 qualification — essential.
- Full UK driving licence — essential.
- Experience undertaking asbestos surveys and producing quality reports.
- A professional approach, strong attention to detail and a commitment to technical standards.
- The ambition to develop your skills and progress within the industry.
BOHS P403 and P404 qualifications would be advantageous.
