The BOLI Relationship Manager is responsible for managing relationships for financial institution clients and the insurance portfolios the company administers. This role will ensure client requests are fulfilled accurately and efficiently and that proactive solutions are presented to the client. The Relationship Manager collaborates closely with reporting teams, application technology, consulting teams, and external advisors.
Responsibilities:- Nurtures long-standing relationships with clients by delivering high quality and responsive service that exceeds expectations.
- Maintains regular and frequent communication with clients and advisors.
- Coordinates client meetings and discussions; virtual and in person.
- Assists as needed with technical client issues and projects.
- Leads efforts to onboard new clients and coordinate internally when presented with this opportunity.
- Collaborates with and openly communicates client and product updates and information with colleagues.
- Serves as the client and product resource and leads the service team in all reporting and service needs.
- Identifies cross-selling opportunities to support business development within the company.
- Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.

Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements:- Works under pressure in a very fast-paced, demanding work environment.
- Familiar with insurance concepts, practices and procedures.
- Ability to mentor and lead others.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience working within the insurance, banking, or financial services industries.
- Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire).
- Series 6 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Strong MS Office skills to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
