Our lovely boutique client, a people-centric Project Management Consultancy, seeks a value-driven, talented Project Manager or aspiring Senior Project Manager to join their super friendly and busy team!
The role involves working on a variety of beautiful, design-led buildings from RIBA 0-7 within various sectors, including commercial fit-out and new builds, heritage, museums, hotels, residential, and commercial-led mixed-use. There is no need to get stuck in one pathway until the end of time here.
They are an established but smaller team, making this a rare opportunity to join them as they don’t hire too often (mainly because hardly anyone wants to leave). They value integrity, quality design, and authenticity over profits and corporate bureaucracy. Therefore, key components for the perfect candidate include honesty and passion.
It’s all about aptitude and attitude over picture-perfect experience on paper; however, you must have 3+ years of PM buildings construction experience and know how to lead a project or assist a director on the full RIBA project life cycle (gaps are OK, although MRICS/APM ticks in boxes would be ideal).
Team playing is a must. Small team = all hands-on deck at times. Egos to be left at the door, please.
If this sounds like an environment you would thrive in, get in touch.
