We are recruiting experienced Electrical Assembly Operatives to support a major manufacturing project in Huthwaite. You will be working on a busy production line assembling switchgear panels, carrying out wiring tasks, and ensuring high-quality standards throughout. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled electrical workers looking for consistent hours, strong rates, and the potential for additional shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assembly of switchgear panels
  • Electrical wiring
  • CT wiring
  • Terminating multicores and single cores
  • Working on gear plates
  • Possible copper work depending on experience
  • Working from drawings and following production processes

Working Hours

  • Standard Week – 37.5 hours
  • Mon–Thurs: Day shift
  • Friday: 7:30am – 11:45am

Factory Opening Hours (Overtime Available):

  • Mon–Thurs: 6:00am – 6:00pm
  • Friday: 7:30am – 11:45am
  • Saturday: 6:00am – 12:00pm

Night shifts may be available later, subject to performance.

What You Need

  • ECS Card (essential)
  • Proven experience in electrical assembly or panel building
  • Strong Electrical and CT wiring skills
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings
  • Additional certificates (e.g., Manual Handling, online H&S courses) are beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

Pay & Benefits
