About the Opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at PHC Group, you’ll be the trusted advisor hiring managers and key stakeholders turn to when it matters most, shaping how we attract and secure the talent that moves our business forward. Spanning multiple business units, you’ll own full‑cycle recruiting across the EMEA region (and directly supporting our site in Runcorn – UK), with a focus on elevating the candidate and stakeholder experience from first contact to offer, ensuring strong process discipline, and adhering to all compliance requirements. Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across EMEA business units, partnering with hiring managers and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Follow PHC Group’s recruitment process consistently: abide by compliance standards, maintain accurate and timely updates in Workday to ensure data integrity and transparency, and maintain consistent communication through the recruiting process.
- Build credible relationships with hiring managers across assigned business units, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor.
- Contribute to TA initiatives, including process improvement projects and employer branding programs.
Qualifications
- University Degree is required; focus in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
- Fluency in German, Italian, or French (written and verbal) is preferred. This role supports bilingual candidates and hiring managers across various European countries.
- 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- A track record of following processes and taking ownership of outcomes.
