Spanning multiple business units, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting across the EMEA region (and directly supporting our site in Runcorn – UK), with a focus on elevating the candidate and stakeholder experience from first contact to offer, ensuring strong process discipline, and adhering to all compliance requirements. Location: This is a hybrid position, located near our site in Runcorn (UK).
What you will be doing:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across EMEA business units, partnering with hiring managers and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Follow PHC Group’s recruitment process consistently: abide by compliance standards, maintain accurate and timely updates in Workday to ensure data integrity and transparency, and maintain consistent communication through the recruiting process.
- Build credible relationships with hiring managers across assigned business units, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor.
- Contribute to TA initiatives, including process improvement projects and employer branding programs.
What you need for success:
- University Degree is required; focus in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
- Fluency in German, Italian, or French (written and verbal) is preferred. This role supports bilingual candidates and hiring managers across various European countries.
- 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, either in-house or agency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- A track record of following processes and taking ownership of outcomes.
