Ascendo partners with the world's leading technology VCs and hyper-scaling software companies to build their Go-To-Market teams that take them to the next level. We've grown 400% in two years and as we scale, we need someone to keep the engine running. We're looking for an Office Manager who'll be the heartbeat of a fast-moving, high-performance team, the person who keeps everything sharp, everyone looked after, and the energy high. If you take real pride in ownership, thrive in the buzz of a scale-up, and want a platform to grow with a winning culture, we want to meet you.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the day-to-day running of the office, creating an organised, efficient and welcoming workplace.
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, maintaining employee records and coordinating training.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries while supporting managers with people processes and ensuring HR compliance.
  • Supporting finance activities, including processing invoices, managing expenses, reconciling company cards, assisting with payroll and liaising with external accountants.
  • Managing office budgets, supplier relationships and purchasing to ensure the business operates efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Coordinating company facilities, equipment, IT support, office supplies and health & safety requirements.
  • Organising team meetings, company events and initiatives that help create a positive and engaging workplace culture.
  • Reviewing, improving and implementing processes, policies and systems that support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Providing administrative support to the leadership team, helping priorities stay on track and projects move forward.
  • Building trusted relationships across the business and becoming the go-to person who keeps everything running behind the scenes.

Why Ascendo? Work directly with the founders - you'll be at the centre of the business, not the edge of it. We're early, so you get real ownership, faster progression, and a genuine say in how we build and scale our workspace and culture. We're growing fast - no two days look the same, there's always something new to build. Phenomenal platform to grow - take on more, learn quickly, and progress as the company does.
