We are looking for a highly capable and commercially minded Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across the business. This role requires a strong all-rounder who can manage delivery, stakeholder engagement, governance, and operational execution, with a particular emphasis on budget ownership and financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Program & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs and business initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain program plans, RAID logs, governance reporting, and status updates.
- Track milestones and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues.

- Monitor spend against approved budgets and identify variances proactively.
- Partner with Finance teams on forecasting, reporting, and cost optimisation.
