We at Ascendion are seeking an accomplished UK Data & Analytics Manager to drive strategic engagements and lead the growth and delivery of Data, Analytics, and AI solutions across the UK and EU regions. This is a leadership role responsible for owning client relationships, leading solutioning efforts, ensuring delivery excellence, and managing a cross‑functional team across consulting, architecture, and delivery.

Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Data & Analytics with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level data and AI solutions.
- Pre‑sales and solutioning for UK and EU clients.
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms (cloud‑native, data lakes, data mesh, etc.).
- Experience managing delivery teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience managing regional or practice-level P&L is a must.
