Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly versatile individual to lead the integration of data and analytics into product and portfolio decision-making. This role is a unique combination of Technical Business Analysis , Data Analytics , and Product Ownership — aimed at building a data-driven culture within the internal IT function. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of business analysis, data storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and product leadership, with a strong foundation in modern reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau.
Required Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in a blended role (e.g., Technical BA, Data Analyst, Product Owner) within IT or data-driven environments.
• Proven track record of integrating analytics into product/portfolio management processes.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI , Tableau , and SQL .
• Experience working in agile environments and supporting cross-functional teams .
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to drive cultural and capability shifts.
• Familiarity with data lifecycle, data quality principles, and performance measurement frameworks.
