Required Experience:

- 4+ years of prior experience in Campus / Early Careers recruiting is a must.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating large-scale recruitment events such as assessment days and campus visits, including logistical planning and execution.
- Working knowledge with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferred Workday.
- Familiarity with managing candidate data and process flows within such systems is required.
- Good experience in handling large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in data management processes.
- Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use pivot tables, and perform data analysis to articulate and analyze feedback.
- Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate and resonate with colleagues.
- Meticulous attention to detail; robust organizational skills including strong scheduling and coordination competencies.
