We are looking for an experienced Data Sales Leader – Europe to drive growth for our Data, Analytics, and AI business across the UK and European markets. The role will focus on end-to-end enterprise sales, strategic account growth, solution selling, and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of Data, Analytics, AI, and Cloud transformation solutions across Europe.
  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and account expansion.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead proposals, RFPs, commercial discussions, and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to create winning solutions.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, revenue targets, and regional business growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Required Experience
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology or Data & Analytics sales.
  • Strong track record of selling large Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud programs.
  • Experience managing enterprise clients across the UK and Europe.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and close large strategic deals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with regional P&L ownership is preferred.
