Job Description: We're looking for a techno-functional Scrum Master - someone who goes beyond standard ceremony facilitation and can genuinely engage with the technical and functional substance of what the team is building. This is explicitly not a role for someone who just "runs standups" - that kind of process-only facilitation is increasingly handled by AI tooling, so the value-add expected here is judgment and hands-on engagement with delivery. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team delivery processes Proactively identify when the team is blocked or at risk — and know when to flag/escalate rather than simply reporting status Engage with the functional and technical substance of the work closely enough to understand why something is stuck, even without solving it personally Support communication and coordination across the development team and stakeholders Operate to the delivery standards expected in a regulated banking environment Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is must have
