Job Description: We are seeking a Platform Engineer with over 10 years of experience delivering large-scale applications, especially within Agile financial environments . If you\’re passionate about building secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions and have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, MuleSoft, and API integration , we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Build and enhance platforms using Java, Spring Boot, and MuleSoft or equivalent integration tools. Develop and manage microservices and APIs, handling high data volume using Kafka. Work with containerized environments like OpenShift or Kubernetes. Tune performance, monitor systems using Splunk, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics. Automate deployments and drive CI/CD processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and solve complex technical challenges. Required Key Skills: 15 years of backend engineering experience, ideally in financial services. Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, MuleSoft/ESB, and Web Services. Strong SQL and PL/SQL (Oracle) knowledge. Hands-on experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes, WebLogic, JBoss, or Tomcat. Proven experience in monitoring, logging, and performance tuning tools. Solid understanding of TDD, unit testing frameworks like JUnit, and scripting with Cucumber/Litmus. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
