  • Expertise in z/OS, COBOL, JCL, CICS, IMS, and DB2
  • Experience as an SME, Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Mainframe Consultant
  • Ability to lead design thinking sessions and architecture workshops
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, testing, release management, and production support
  • Experience assessing and improving client delivery processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Able to work with business teams, developers, testers, and leadership
