- We are looking for a highly technical and hands-on Marketing Cloud Technical Architect to lead custom development, complex integrations and technical delivery within our Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) ecosystem.
- You will be responsible for building advanced marketing automation solutions, developing custom Journey Builder activities, implementing API-driven integrations and solving complex technical challenges. This role requires strong programming expertise and deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement integrations using SFMC REST/SOAP APIs, including real-time triggers and webhooks.
- Build Custom Journey Builder Activities and advanced CloudPages.
- Manage platform security, OAuth 2.0 authentication and data encryption.
- Troubleshoot performance issues across large-scale automations and data queries.
- Establish coding standards, version control and CI/CD practices for SFMC development.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of overall software engineering or technical architecture experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on custom development within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SFMC REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Understanding of ETL, relational data modelling, OAuth 2.0 and enterprise security standards.
Good to Have:
- Node.js, Python or AWS Lambda development.
- Salesforce MobilePush SDK experience.
- Knowledge of Apex, SOQL and Salesforce Platform Events.
- Marketing Cloud Next / Advanced hands-on experience.
