We at Ascendion are seeking an accomplished UK Data & Analytics Manager to drive strategic engagements and lead the growth and delivery of Data, Analytics, and AI solutions across the UK and EU regions. This is a leadership role responsible for owning client relationships, leading solutioning efforts, ensuring delivery excellence, and managing a cross‑functional team across consulting, architecture, and delivery.

  • Strong understanding of modern data platforms (cloud‑native, data lakes, data mesh, etc.).
  • Experience managing delivery teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience managing regional or practice-level P&L is a must.
