We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Lead with deep expertise in Java Springboot, microservices architecture, and solution design to lead the backend engineering efforts of our enterprise platforms. You’ll work closely with engineering managers, architects, mobile teams, and product stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
The Java Lead engineer will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of mission-critical applications and systems. They leverage their extensive technical expertise and leadership skills to lead complex projects, mentor junior team members, and drive innovation across the organization. They are proficient in all aspects of engineering disciplines, and they often have a deeper understanding of architecture and design principles.
