We are seeking a Senior Service Designer to join our team:
- Required Skills and Expertise
- 8-9 years in Service Design, Experience Strategy, Business Transformation, or Strategic Consulting.
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale discovery or transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
- Deep expertise in systems thinking, service blueprinting, strategic facilitation, and opportunity framing.
- Strong ability to synthesize insights across multiple workstreams and connect them to business strategy.
- Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and influence skills.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and leading senior practitioners.
