Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)

Required Experience:

  • A self-starter that is motivated to achieve results.
  • 4+ years of prior experience in Campus / Early Careers recruiting is a must.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating large-scale recruitment events such as assessment days and campus visits, including logistical planning and execution.
  • Working knowledge with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferred Workday.
  • Familiarity with managing candidate data and process flows within such systems is required.
  • Good experience in handling large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in data management processes.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use pivot tables, and perform data analysis to articulate and analyze feedback.
  • Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate and resonate with colleagues.
  • Meticulous attention to detail; robust organizational skills including strong scheduling and coordination competencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment calmly and courteously; willing to adapt to changing situations.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a global dynamic team.
