- Experience as an SME, Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Mainframe Consultant
- Ability to lead design thinking sessions and architecture workshops
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, testing, release management, and production support
- Experience assessing and improving client delivery processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to work with business teams, developers, testers, and leadership
- Banking, financial services, insurance, or enterprise-scale project experience would be valuable
