We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) with strong collaboration and coordination skills to support Agile Release Trains (ARTs) across distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and support ART events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt.
- Coordinate multiple Agile teams across different time zones to ensure smooth delivery.
- Enable alignment, dependency management, and continuous delivery across the ART.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices to drive effective execution.
