We are looking for a highly capable and commercially minded Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across the business. This role requires a strong all-rounder who can manage delivery, stakeholder engagement, governance, and operational execution, with a particular emphasis on budget ownership and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program & Delivery Management
    • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs and business initiatives.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Develop and maintain program plans, RAID logs, governance reporting, and status updates.
    • Track milestones and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues.
    • Drive continuous improvement across program delivery processes.
  • Financial & Budget Management
    • Own and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
    • Monitor spend against approved budgets and identify variances proactively.
    • Partner with Finance teams on forecasting, reporting, and cost optimisation.
    • Ensure accurate financial governance and support business case development.
    • Provide clear financial reporting and insights to leadership teams.
