We're looking for an experienced Graphic / Web Designer to become an integral part of our close-knit and friendly team. We need someone with exceptional design skills, versatility and a genuine passion for crafting outstanding visual content. In this role, you'll be pivotal in shaping our clients' brands and crafting compelling graphics that resonate across a diverse range of platforms.

Role Description

As a senior designer in our team, you’ll leverage your extensive design background to create visually stunning content across different media. Supported by Account Managers and Creative Directors, you’ll collaborate closely to provide design solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations. Your role extends beyond just design, cultivating strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing ongoing support for their creative requirements. You thrive under pressure and are committed to delivering flawless work, even under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the scoping and planning of a diverse range of creative challenges
  • Challenge / fully understand client briefs and objectives for assigned projects
  • Understand project budgets and objectives to create deliverables that can be developed within scope
  • Design and create a wide range of visual assets for both print and digital applications, including logos, illustrations, websites, social media content, infographics, marketing collateral and more
  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with client goals and brand identity
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
  • Focus on accessibility, usability, and responsive design to ensure optimal performance across devices and platforms
  • Maintain a clear communication line throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to final delivery
  • Refine designs in response to feedback from both the team and clients, implementing revisions that ensure client satisfaction and project success

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ agency experience
  • Able to prioritise workload and deliver projects on time
  • Exceptional versatility with an ability to work across different media
  • Exacting artworking and application of brand consistency
  • Expert in the core Adobe Creative Cloud applications including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and XD, and Figma
  • A strong eye for detail, natural creativity and consideration of UX
  • Experienced in production and preparing print-ready files
  • Advantageous, but not essential: Video editing experience and knowledge of on-site SEO & Google best-practice

The Package

  • Salary commensurate with experience
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Office-based, but some hybrid working considered
  • 33 days annual leave (Includes bank holidays, 3 day shutdown over Christmas & birthday day off)
