We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy team in Milton Keynes. This is a varied administrative role where accuracy, organisation and a professional approach are key.
You’ll be responsible for keeping customer information up to date, responding to enquiries, processing information accurately and helping to ensure customers receive a helpful and efficient service.
Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries by email and by phone
- Updating and maintaining customer records across internal systems
- Processing orders and checking information accurately
- Investigating and resolving customer queries in a professional manner
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates
- Monitoring payments and ensuring records are kept up to date
- Handling more complex queries where investigation and good judgement are required
- Supporting general administration and wider team activities when needed
Customer Service Administrator What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, helpful and customer-focused approach
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
- A calm and methodical approach to problem-solving
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes ownership of their work
