We're looking for an experienced Media Marketing Specialist to join a high-performing marketing team and play a key role in delivering engaging, insight-led national campaigns.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creative marketing, media planning and data analysis, and who can confidently manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
The Contract is initially for 18 months with the possibility of a permanent opportunity.
Media Marketing Specialist The Role
You'll support the Digital Brand Marketing Manager with the development, delivery and optimisation of national media campaigns designed to support key sales and product objectives.
You'll work closely with creative and media agencies, internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns across a broad range of channels, including digital, social, outdoor, experiential and broadcast.
- Media Marketing Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated media marketing campaigns from brief through to completion.
- Work closely with creative and media agencies to develop effective and engaging campaigns.
- Identify new media opportunities and maximise campaign reach, efficiency and impact.
- Work collaboratively with product, sales, PR and other internal teams to align campaigns with wider business objectives.
- Use campaign data and analytics to identify insights, measure performance and optimise activity.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clear reporting on effectiveness, ROI and future opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand execution across campaigns and make effective use of central marketing assets.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Support budget management, purchase orders, invoices and accruals, ensuring processes are followed accurately.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
We're looking for someone with proven marketing experience who is confident working across media, digital campaigns and stakeholder management.
As a Media Marketing Specialist you'll ideally have
- Experience delivering successful marketing campaigns, ideally within a premium consumer, automotive, retail or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, VOD and experiential.
- A good understanding of the marketing funnel and customer journey.
- Experience using data, analytics and reporting dashboards to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Experience working with creative and media agencies.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A naturally analytical and curious approach, with a willingness to test, learn and improve.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
- The ability to build strong relationships, influence others and work collaboratively across teams.
