In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with queries over the phone and email. You’ll play a key part in ensuring a seamless service experience for every customer.
Customer Service Administrator - What you’ll be doing:- Handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring all queries are responded to promptly.
- Logging customer enquiry details accurately into the system.
- Keeping customers fully updated.
- Supporting your colleagues and adapting to the team’s workload when needed.
- Working in line with agreed processes, KPIs, and service standards.
- A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers.
