My client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator who is passionate about providing excellence. This role is temporary on an ongoing basis, so there is no finish date. As a Customer Service Administrator your role is to provide administration support to customers, via email and telephone. This includes arranging the collection and return of items for service or repair. Crucial to this role is keeping the customer always updated.
Customer Service Administrator Key Responsibilities

Enter new customer enquiries and warranty details onto the database

Promptly answer phone calls (the aim is for all calls to be answered within 3 to 5 rings)

Liaise with customers via telephone and email to understand the customer s issue and act accordingly.

Respond promptly and action relevant emails aiming for a 2-hour response time for emails.

Support other team members depending on workload.

Liaise with technicians to keep customers fully up to date with their query.

Conduct daily work and tasks in accordance with the guidance, processes and KPIs outlined.
