As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will be the first point of contact for UK and international clients, providing exceptional service via telephone, email, and written communications. You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate information provision, and customer satisfaction from enquiry to delivery.
Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator will include but are not limited to:
- Responding promptly to all UK and Export customer enquiries, including order processing, quotations, product and delivery information.
- Handling customer complaints, returns, and invoicing through the internal systems.
- Maintaining close communication with internal departments (Sales, Dispatch, Production, etc.) to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
- Providing administrative support to the Customer Service and Sales teams.
- Representing the business professionally during training events, exhibitions, and internal meetings.
- Provide cover for other team members when required (including Customer Service Admin and Returns processing).
To be a successful Customer Service Administrator, you must have:
