The Role
Are you ready to take the lead in shaping safe, high-performing learning environments? We are seeking an exceptional Estates Manager to oversee and elevate the operational management of our Trust’s school estates. Reporting to the Director of Estates, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Trust estate. You will ensure our buildings are not only fully compliant and well maintained, but also inspiring, secure spaces where students and staff can thrive every day. You’ll drive a strategic, proactive approach to maintenance and operations, balancing planned works with responsive solutions. You will be experienced in leading compliance, safety, and risk management across multiple sites, and your expertise will ensure you play a vital role in safeguarding our schools through both day-to-day operations and unexpected challenges.
