We’re looking for a graduate who is ready to start building a career in business development. You’ll join our Glasgow team, learn how client campaigns attract customers, and develop your commercial skills through live work and regular coaching.
Your early work will involve professional, face-to-face conversations with customers. As you build confidence and understand the campaigns, you’ll contribute more to performance reviews, client updates and account activity.
What Your First Months Will Involve
- Learn the objectives and details of each client campaign
- Speak with customers, understand their needs and explain the campaign clearly
- Practise opening conversations, presenting ideas and responding to questions
- Review customer feedback and campaign results with your manager
- Help prepare account updates, reports and plans for future activity
- Take on greater responsibility as your skills develop
Training You Can Apply Straight Away
You’ll receive coaching in business development, account management, communication, negotiation and campaign operations. One-to-one feedback will help you see where you are improving and what to work on next.
Over time, strong performance can lead to more responsibility for client accounts, supporting newer team members and contributing to team objectives. Progression is based on the skills you demonstrate and the results you deliver.
Who Should Apply
You must have already completed a degree in any subject and be able to start now or after a reasonable notice period. This is a current vacancy, not a 2027 graduate intake.
We’re looking for someone who communicates well, follows through on commitments and responds positively to coaching. Experience in retail, hospitality, sport, events, recruitment or customer service can be useful, but it is not required. You will need to be able to work on-site in Glasgow.
