We’re looking for a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our supportive team in Peterborough. This is a great opportunity to be part of one of the UK’s largest accident repair groups, currently operating across 19 sites — and growing!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Accurately assessing vehicle damage and identifying the correct repair methods
- Creating and managing estimates using industry-standard platforms
- Liaising with customers and providing clear updates
- Applying a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate assessments
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a VDA or Estimator role
- ATA accreditation is desirable (but not essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of estimating systems
