You will be working with a supportive team of 10 technicians and 5 office staff. You will be able to get additional training & that’s not all, there’s no shortage of chances for career progression with all senior management starting on the shop floor. The bonus scheme in place has current technicians getting more cars out the door which = more money for you paid per car. There is plenty of overtime on offer with a minimum of 5hrs available for you each week. We’ve got flexibility of working hours, are you an early bird? Get started at 5:30am.
