Team Leader, Supported Living and Outreach
Location: Across TS South London and Ascend Support:
Temple Road: 9 Temple Road, Croydon, London, CR0 1HU.
Sudbury Heights: 34 Sudbury Heights Avenue, Greenford, UB6 0LY, and outreach services.
Salary: £15.16 per hour
Full time equivalent salary: £29,562 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week
Actual part time salary: £23,649.60 per annum based on 30 hours per week
Contract: Part time, permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week across a minimum of four days

To be considered, you must:
Have at least six months’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or complex needs.
Have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or in a similar supervisory role.
Be able to work across both locations and outreach services.
Be available to work 30 hours per week across a minimum of four days.
Already have the right to work in the UK for the contracted hours without employer sponsorship.

Transforming Support is recruiting a Team Leader to work across TS South London and Ascend Support’s supported living and outreach services.
You will work closely with the Registered Manager to guide colleagues, support daily operations and maintain safe, effective and person centred support.
This is a practical leadership role where you will remain involved in providing direct support. You will lead by example, set clear expectations and help colleagues support people with greater independence, dignity and choice.
