Location: London (hybrid, min. 3 days/week in our Farringdon office). We will also consider applications for a remote home-based contract for those who live more than 90 minutes away from the office.

About the role: We’re looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day management, maintenance and optimisation of our HubSpot platform across sales and marketing activity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systems, process improvement and keeping data organised and accurate. You’ll support teams across the business by building workflows, managing CRM processes, maintaining reporting and ensuring HubSpot is configured effectively to meet changing business needs. You’ll become the go-to person for HubSpot - helping colleagues use the system effectively, improving processes over time, and ensuring the platform continues to support business growth. This is a hands-on role with a mix of administration, technical configuration, reporting and process improvement. You do not need to know everything on day one, but you should already be confident using HubSpot and comfortable taking ownership of CRM tasks independently.
