Ascend Learning Trust, via Royal Wootton Bassett Academy, is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Teaching Assistant to lead Foundational Skills across Key Stages 3–5, with a focus on literacy, numeracy, communication, learning readiness and study skills.
The post involves coordinating with the SEND team, pastoral staff, families and external agencies to ensure students access learning, achieve positive outcomes and develop emotional resilience.
