We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting students to achieve their full potential. As a successful candidate, you will have experience of working with young people with SEND, strong literacy intervention skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and families.
As a proactive and resilient team player, you will lead and coordinate targeted support programmes, promote inclusion and independence, and work collaboratively.
