We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting students to achieve their full potential. As a successful candidate, you will have experience of working with young people with SEND, strong literacy intervention skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and families. As a proactive and resilient team player, you will lead and coordinate targeted support programmes, promote inclusion and independence, and work collaboratively across the academy to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed.
