The predicted salary is between 29618 - 31277 ÂŁ per year.
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Deputy SENDCo to join our team and help champion high-quality, inclusive support for pupils with SEND. In this role, you will work closely with the SENDCo to strengthen our strategic approach to SEND provision, ensure effective coordination of support and interventions, and build strong relationships with pupils, families, staff, and external professionals. You will play a key part in leading the graduated response, supporting EHCP processes, and promoting excellent inclusive practice across the school. We are seeking someone who is organised, compassionate, reflective, and committed to improving outcomes for all learners, including those with complex needs.
