Job Description
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of an established care provider for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead a regulated care service in Leeds.
The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, caring and person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the management and performance of the service.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
- Lead, support and develop the care team.
- Monitor care plans, safeguarding, incidents and complaints.
- Complete audits and quality assurance checks.
- Prepare the service for CQC inspections and ensure action plans are followed.
- Manage recruitment, supervision, training and staff performance.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families and professionals.

Requirements
- Experience managing a regulated health or social care service.
- Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and safeguarding.
