About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service in Leeds. You will have overall responsibility for the safe, effective and high-quality delivery of care while supporting the development of a strong and dedicated team. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation. Lead safeguarding, incident management and complaints procedures. Monitor care plans, risk assessments and quality of care. Recruit, supervise and develop care staff. Prepare the service for CQC inspections and regulatory reviews. Monitor staffing, rotas and operational performance. Experience within health or social care management. Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding. Relevant Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent, or willingness to work towards. Good understanding of care planning, risk management and quality assurance. Competitive salary.
