About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service in Leeds. You will have overall responsibility for the safe, effective and high-quality delivery of care while supporting the development of a strong and dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
  • Lead safeguarding, incident management and complaints procedures.
  • Monitor care plans, risk assessments and quality of care.
  • Conduct audits and implement continuous improvement plans.
  • Recruit, supervise and develop care staff.
  • Maintain strong relationships with service users, families and professionals.
  • Prepare the service for CQC inspections and regulatory reviews.
  • Monitor staffing, rotas and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Experience within health or social care management.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
  • Relevant Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent, or willingness to work towards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of care planning, risk management and quality assurance.
  • Previous Registered Manager experience is desirable but not essential where the candidate has suitable management experience.
