About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service in Leeds. You will have overall responsibility for the safe, effective and high-quality delivery of care while supporting the development of a strong and dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
- Lead safeguarding, incident management and complaints procedures.
- Monitor care plans, risk assessments and quality of care.
- Conduct audits and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Recruit, supervise and develop care staff.
- Maintain strong relationships with service users, families and professionals.
- Prepare the service for CQC inspections and regulatory reviews.
- Monitor staffing, rotas and operational performance.
Requirements
- Experience within health or social care management.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
- Relevant Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent, or willingness to work towards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good understanding of care planning, risk management and quality assurance.
- Previous Registered Manager experience is desirable but not essential where the candidate has suitable management experience.
