St Joan of Arc Catholic School seeks to appoint a reliable, efficient, organised individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work alongside the School Administrator and a team of Attendance Administrators and feed into the Designated Safeguarding Lead, providing up to date analysis of pupil absences. You will also provide effective and confidential comprehensive administrative support to the School Office, to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work with complete discretion and confidentiality
- Good Administrative and IT skills
Safeguarding Statement: All Saints Catholic Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults, and expects all staff and volunteers to understand and share this commitment. The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, at least two satisfactory references must be provided, and any other safeguarding checks that are required at the time of appointment will be applied to the pre-employment process.
