All Saints Catholic Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a Clerk to the Local Academy Council (LAC) at Divine Saviour Catholic Primary School in Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire, on a term-time only contract of approx. 2.5 hours per week (95 hours per annum).
The Clerk provides effective administrative support to the LAC, advising on governance, constitutional and procedural matters, duties and powers. As meetings can be held outside of school hours, flexibility will be required.
It is essential for the successful candidate to have strong attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to deal with sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
The position offers the benefit of working within a developing Trust team including opportunities for professional development. Previous experience in an educational or governance role is an advantage, however full training will be given.
