About the Role: Bring your nursing training to life and make a rewarding difference in people's lives every day with BCG. Whether you are at the start of your career or have years of experience as a Registered Nurse, working within a BCG care home can be incredibly fulfilling. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you’ll provide exceptional care to our residents, attending to their physical, psychological, and social needs to help us deliver the quality of care they deserve. We’ll rely on you to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental health needs, while also using your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions. Your responsibilities will range from developing tailored care plans to providing medicine safely and ensuring excellence in all you do. You’ll have the autonomy to do things the right way and be valued and respected for your contributions.
About You: You should be a qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices.
